Heraldic Artist, Crafts Teacher and Events Manager
Ciao! Welcome to the Dandelion Art, a culmination of the passions and projects that have made me the person I am today.
I’m Michela, and The Dandelion Art is me – just like the familiar flower found in many places, I have also found myself and my work spread across the globe, with projects being shown in an exhibition in Times Square, NYC and featured on the cover of the London Coffee Guide. With my roots in Italy, I grew as a curious and creative child in Rome until I branched out in a spontaneous move to Ireland.
Now based in London, working as an event manager I have organised and run events for a multitude of businesses and organisations including Google, Facebook, and Airbnb. From all day money fairs attended by over 200 people, to intimate dinners with private catering, I take great joy working across a huge variety of events from beginning to end, taking care of venue hire, catering, setup and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.
I like to think of each dandelion feather as a different part of me; as all my individual passions and interests that I have followed. From tattooing to abstract painting, calligraphy to soap making, each of these individual pursuits – each individual feather – makes up one whole picture; The Dandelion Art.
Take a look around, join me in of my classes, and please don’t hesitate to say hello. 👋

Thanks to…
My small business (with big dreams) couldn’t exist without the love, support, help and generosity of my loved ones and some very special, talented people.
Thanks to Kayla, one of the most joyful people I’ve ever met ❤️. She is a truly incredible human – the founder of Reset Travel and the absolutely irreplaceable copywriter for The Dandelion Art. She has managed to give me the voice that I struggled for years to find, translating what I create into fantastic copy for my website. If you’re ever looking to give your website or blog a restyle you should definitely check it out!
Thanks to Simon, a UX designer, for all the time spent working on this website, and even more as a partner, for the patience he shows 365 days a year, supporting and encouraging me in turning this dream into reality.
Thanks to Guy, for being super professional and always ready to help with the development of the site – day or night.
And of course, thanks to my parents and family, who have always encouraged me to pursue anything I set my mind on, regardless of how crazy it sounded!
